Helping to shape the future of banking and finance
Award-winnining training institution
Since 2008, FRTC has provided training focused on the niche areas of core banking, banking administration, treasury and credit risk management.
We deliver our training through specialised initiatives, learnerships and internship programmes. We also provide various short skills programmes to government and private companies.
In response to the growing need for value-based skills in the financial and business sector, FRTC plays a crucial role in meeting the demand for BANKSETA qualifications. Not only by graduates, but also existing students and corporate clients.
Over 6500 of our students have graduated with BANKSETA, INSETA and QCTO programmes, of which approximately 65% are women. All learners are employed within the sector.
