Secure SETA funding for learnership programmes
We provide expert advice on submitting workplace skills plans, annual training reports and pivotal training plans. And we’ll help you submit your SETA funding application.
As an accredited INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority) and BANKSETA (Banking Sector Education and Training Authority) training provider, we’ll help you maximise your financial benefit from these SETAs’ discretionary funds.
Tapping into the discretionary fund
All SETAs fund their training programmes through the payment of a Skills Development Levy (SDL), paid by employers.
But did you know that the SETA’s administration absorbs only 10% of your company’s allocation of the SDL?
Or that the mandatory grant paid to your company if it submits Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports and Pivotal Training Plans is limited to only 20% of the total SDL contribution?
A discretionary grant is money allocated within a SETA and paid out to applicants for skills development projects linked to pivotal, scarce and critical skills in that sector.
Upskill your workforce
Need help upskilling your staff?
As an accredited training provider, we can help you access these funds by submitting an application on your behalf. This funding will enable you to implement special training projects and pivotal training programmes such as learnerships.
Avoid the headache of costly and demanding training interventions.
