The objectives of the PWP (Preparation for Work Programme) are to:

•  Expose the student to the component of learning that focuses on the development of skills in preparation for the world of work through experiential learning by way of temporary formal employment at an accredited workplace

•  Provide an opportunity so that students are better equipped on a psychosocial, emotional, cognitive, and practical basis, to effectively engage with potential employers; and

•  Create awareness and provide solutions from leading industry experts of the challenges and problems that students will face in the workplace.

Through FRTC’s PWP, you will be guided, and inspired to link your theoretical knowledge with learning in the workplace environment directed at addressing the needs of employers.
